BOOK: "ME SEGURA Q'EU VOU DAR UM TROÇO" by WALY SALOMÃO — A beautiful DELUXE Limited Edition! This masterpiece is a treasure of texts and photos by (and of) the Brazilian Cult Underground artist Waly Sailormoon's (Salomão) debut book.

About Waly Salomão (Sailormoon)

Waly Salomão has born on Jequié, on the northeastern State of Bahia, in 1944 and left us early with just 59 years old, in 2003.

He was a frenetic collaborator with several artists identified with the Tropicalista movement, like Torquato Neto, Gal Costa, Maria Bethânia, Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, and Jards Macalé. As a lyricist he wrote songs with Veloso, Gil, Macalé, Moraes Moreira, and others, but he never took upon himself the Tropicalista tag. He has also directed many music shows, as the unforgettable “Gal Costa – A Todo Vapor”, in 1971 – Rio de Janeiro.
